摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理对预防脑梗死偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法选择2021年11月至2023年12月在我院治疗的脑梗死偏瘫患者120例,按随机抽签法分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组实施针对性护理干预,比较两组血流指标、日常生活活动(ADL)、肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer评定(FMA)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)护理满意度、DVT发生率。结果干预后,试验组下肢周径、静脉血流峰速度、静脉血流平均速度优于对照组,ADL、FMA、NIHSS评分优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,DVT发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论脑梗死偏瘫患者实施针对性护理,能够有效预防DVT,并改善患者日常生活能力、肢体运动功能,利于神经功能恢复,患者满意度高。Objective To analyse the effect of targeted nursing on the prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods A total of 120 cases of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from November 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random draw method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing interventions,and the experimental group implemented targeted nursing interventions,comparing the two groups in terms of blood flow indexes,activity of daily living(ADL),Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),nursing satisfaction,and the incidence of DVT.Results After the intervention,the experimental group had better improvement in lower limb circumference,peak velocity of venous blood flow,average velocity of venous blood flow than the control group,better ADL,FMA,NIHSS scores than the control group,higher nursing satisfaction than the control group,and lower incidence of DVT than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of targeted nursing care for hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction can effectively prevent DVT and improve the patients'ability of daily life and limb motor function,which is conducive to the recovery of neurological function,and the patients'satisfaction is high.
