围手术期三步护理模式对结肠癌切除术患者术后疼痛评分及并发症发生的影响

摘　　要：目的分析围手术期三步护理模式对结肠癌切除术患者的效果。方法选择2022年3月至2023年3月在本院行结肠癌切除术的80例患者,以随机抽样法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组各40例,对照组、研究组分别开展常规护理及围手术期三步护理。对比两组的疼痛评分及并发症发生率。结果干预后,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组[(2.08±0.32)分vs.(3.16±0.68)分,P<0.001]。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(2.50%vs.20.00%,P=0.013)。结论围手术期三步护理可更有效减轻结肠癌切除术患者的疼痛、降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyse the effect of perioperative three-step nursing model on patients undergoing colon cancer resection.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent colon cancer resection in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected,and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group by random sampling method,with 40 patients in each group,and the control group and the study group were carried out routine nursing and perioperative three-step nursing respectively.The pain scores and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group[(2.08±0.32)points vs.(3.16±0.68)points,P<0.001].The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(2.50%vs.20.00%,P=0.013).Conclusions Perioperative three-step care can be more effective in reducing pain and complication rates in patients undergoing colon cancer resection.
