医学教育背景下医院检验科实验室生物安全与废物管理的教学模式研究

摘　　要：目的探讨实验室生物安全和废物管理的知识、态度和实践培训在医学院校附属教学医院检验科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年11月至2023年11月在吉林市化工医院(北华大学附属第二医院)检验科实习的20名实习生为教学对象,在参加实验室生物安全和医疗废物管理干预计划前仅以实习生在校集中授课宣教的模式为基础。对干预计划前和2个月后实习生的知识、态度和实践情况和评分进行评估。评估使用经过验证的自填式问卷进行。结果实施培训计划后,实习生的实验室生物安全知识、态度、实践,以及废物管理知识、态度、实践分数比较培训前提高(P<0.05)。结论实验室生物安全和废物管理的知识、态度和实践培训有效提高了检验科实习生实验室安全和废物处理的知识和技能。Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge,attitude and practical training on laboratory biosafety and waste management in the internship teaching of laboratory departments of teaching hospitals affiliated to medical schools.Methods A total of 20 interns who interned in the Department of Laboratory,Jilin Chemical Hospital(Second Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University)from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the teaching subjects.Before participating in the laboratory biosafety and medical waste management intervention program,only the centralized teaching and education of interns on campus should be used as the basis.The knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)status and scores of interns before and two months after the intervention plan were evaluated using a validated self-administered questionnaire.Results After the implementation of the training plan,the interns'laboratory biosafety knowledge,attitude,practice and waste management knowledge,attitude,and practice scores were significantly improved compared to those before the training(P<0.05).Conclusions The knowledge,attitude and practice training of laboratory biosafety and waste management can effectively improve the laboratory safety and waste disposal knowledge and skills of laboratory interns.
