摘  要:在汽车前保险杠总成和冷却模块之间有一个进风通道,用于发动机和冷却模块的进风,将保险杠下格栅进入的空气有效地导向冷却模块。传统结构设计上,汽车导流片为单纯硬料软料结合的方式,但是这种设计很难满足低速碰撞的要求。文章结合一款新开发车型,设计了一种既能降低风阻,又能满足汽车低速碰撞要求的导流片,并且通过CAE模拟仿真和试验,验证了该结构的稳定性。There is an air inlet passage between the front bumper assembly and the cooling module of the car,which is used for the intake of the engine and the cooling module.The air entering from the lower grille of the bumper is effectively guided to the cooling module.In the traditional structural design,the car deflector is simply a combination of hard and soft materials,but this design seldomly meets the requirements of low-speed collisions.Combining with a newly developed vehicle model,a deflector that can reduce air resistance and meet the requirements of low-speed collisions has been designed.Through CAE simulation and experimental verification,the stability of this structure has been validated.
