摘 要:智慧城市基础设施与智能网联汽车协同发展,是车城融合发展的新理念。“双智”协同试点建设为加快推进智能网联汽车产业、城市数字化转型提供了载体,为探索未来智能交通模式与数字社会形态提供了试验场。文章阐述了作为全国首批试点城市之一的上海,在智慧城市基础设施与智能网联汽车协同发展一期建设中的总体方案、实践成果与未来展望等,重点介绍了智能决策道路模型、车路协同智能环境构建与车城数字孪生平台应用等创新成果,以期能为全国“双智”向纵深发展提供经验借鉴。The coordinated development of smart city infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles is a new concept for the integrated development of vehicles and cities.The collaborative pilot provides an opportunity to accelerate the development of intelligent connected vehicle industry and the digital transformation of cities,offering a proving ground for exploring future intelligent transportation models and digital social forms.Shanghai,as one of the first pilot cities in the country,has elaborated on the overall plan,practical achievements,and future prospects in the first phase of the construction of the collaborative development of smart city infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles.The innovative achievements are highlighted,including the intelligent decision-making road model,the construction of a vehicle-road collaborative intelligent environment,and the application of the vehicle-city digital twin platform,in the hope of providing experience for the in-depth development of intelligent connected vehicles and smart cities in China.
