摘 要:依托四川省凉山彝族自治州大凉山1号隧道,采用流体力学Fluent软件对平导巷道式通风方案进行数值模拟和流场研究,并对原方案进行优化和验证。研究结果表明:原方案存在污浊风循环现象,提出了在人行横通道上设置风门或射流风机,或在平导内更改风门的位置或增设射流风机群等优化方案;通过对优化方案进行数值模拟发现,平导增设射流风机群能解决污浊风循环问题,且建议采用SSF-6.3射流风机;并对平导增设射流风机群方案进行了验证,隧道内CO最大含量低于0.0024%,CH4最大含量低于0.25%,均满足施工通风要求。相关研究结论可为类似隧道通风方案优化提供参考。Based on the No.1 Daliangshan Tunnel in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province,the fluid dynamics Fluent software was used to numerically simulate and study the flow field of the parallel heading tunnel ventilation scheme,and the original scheme was optimized and verified.The research results indicate that there is polluted air circulation in the original plan.Optimization schemes such as setting air doors or jet fans on the transverse passage,changing the position of air doors during the parallel headnig,or adding jet fan cluster have been proposed;Through numerical simulation of the optimized scheme,it was found that adding jet fans in parallel heading can solve the problem of sewage circulation.It is recommended to use SSF-6.3 jet fan;And the scheme was verified.The maximum concentration of CO in the tunnel was less than 0.0024%,and the maximum concentration of CH4 was less than 0.25%,both met the ventilation requirements.The relevant research conclusions can provide reference for the optimization of similar tunnel ventilation schemes.
