摘　　要：文章聚焦泰州科技人才发展政策集成体系,全面梳理剖析政策现状。对泰州市在科技人才引进、培养和使用等方面进行了详尽的探讨,并深入解析科技人才政策中的难题与瓶颈。针对性提出建立持续追踪与调整科技创新活力的评估机制等对策,以推动泰州市科技人才发展政策的进一步完善,提升城市的创新能力和竞争力。The article focuses on the integrated system of policies for the development of scientific and technologi-cal talents in Taizhou,comprehensively sorting out and analyzing the current situation of policies.A detailed dis-cussion was conducted on the introduction,cultivation,and utilization of scientific and technological talents in Taizhou,and in-depth analysis was conducted on the difficulties and bottlenecks in the policy of scientific and technological talents.Targeted measures are proposed to establish an evaluation mechanism for continuously tracking and adjusting the vitality of scientific and technological innovation,in order to further improve the de-velopment policy of scientific and technological talents in Taizhou,and enhance the city's innovation capacity and competitiveness.
