摘　　要：信用道德是经济社会重要的组成部分。社会的组成是多元化的,企业面对的环境也是多元的,因而对信用道德有不同程度的要求。信用道德本身难以量化,很难通过强制力进行约束和衡量。文章结合老子《道德经》中的有关思想,试阐述有关企业信用道德建设的思路,针对企业伦理、信用道德进行必要探索,拟解决现有企业信用道德管理的盲点和不足之处,为企业治理提供一定的参考。Credit ethics are an important component of the economy and society.The composition of society is diverse,as well as the environment faced by enterprises,so there are various degrees of requirements for credit ethics.Credit ethics,due to their inherent difficulty in quantification,are difficult to constrain and measure through coercion.The paper combines the relevant ideas in Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu to elaborate on the con-struction of enterprise credit ethics.It explores necessary aspects of enterprise ethics and credit ethics,aiming to address the blind spots and shortcomings of existing enterprise credit ethics management and provide some refer-ence for enterprise governance.
