摘  要:装配式桥梁桥面铺装直接承受荷载和环境作用,其耐久性关系到行车安全、舒适、桥梁结构寿命。防水抗疲劳层用作装配式结构桥面铺装下层,起到抗裂防水的作用,本文通过系统性试验研究,对防水抗疲劳层的高低温性能、抗水损性能、力学及疲劳特性等进行分析,以此来评定其用作装配式结构铺装层的综合路用性能。结果表明:防水抗疲劳层空隙率控制在2%以内,内部基本没有连同空隙,雨水基本不会下渗,抗水损害能力大幅度提高,高温性能并未损失,温度敏感性进一步下降,变形能力好,具有较优越的抗疲劳性能,具有良好的推广价值。The deck pavement of prefabricated bridge is directly subjected to load and environmental effects,and its durability is related to driving safety,comfort and bridge structure life.The waterproof and fatigue resistant layer is used as the lower layer of the prefabricated structure bridge deck,which plays the role of anti-crack and waterproof.This paper analyzes the high and low temperature performance,water damage resistance,mechanical and fatigue characteristics of the waterproof and fatigue resistant layer through systematic experimental research,so as to evaluate its comprehensive road performance as the prefabricated structure pavement layer.The results show that the void ratio of the waterproof and anti-fatigue layer is controlled within 2%,there is basically no void in the interior,the rain will not penetrate,the water damage resistance is greatly improved,the high temperature performance is not lost,the temperature sensitivity is further reduced,the deformation ability is good,and it has superior anti-fatigue performance and has good promotion value.
