摘　　要：头皮发生的肾细胞癌转移较少见,本文报道一例。患者,男,57岁,头顶肿物渐增大半年,6年前行左肾癌根治术。皮肤病理结合免疫组化示:肾细胞癌转移。术后半年随访,在头皮原皮损旁出现新的肿瘤皮损。Cutaneous metastasis on the scalp from renal cell carcinoma is rare.We report a 57-year-old male presented with a gradually increased lesions on the head for half a year,and the patient had a history of radical surgery for left renal carcinoma 6 years ago.The pathology and immunohistochemistry features were in accordance with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.The tumor reappearanced next to the original scalp lesions after six months follow up.
