摘　　要：目的:探究iRoot BP Plus在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的应用及对患牙功能及美观度的影响。方法:选择笔者医院2019年1月-2022年5月收治的因外伤导致年轻恒牙冠折露髓的98例患者作为研究对象进行前瞻性研究,按照首诊就诊顺序随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组(49例)应用氢氧化钙行活髓切断术,观察组(49例)应用iRoot BP Plus行活髓切断术,比较两组手术情况、患牙修复效果、牙体功能、牙齿美观度及不良反应。结果:观察组患者疼痛持续时间、肿胀持续时间及手术时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组修复有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05)。牙体功能方面,观察组患者的舒适功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组固定功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。美观度方面,观察组患者的边缘适宜、染色情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组修复体完整情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.08%,显著低于对照组的8.16%(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot BP Plus在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的应用效果显著,患牙填充满意、恢复更快,能够更好地改善患牙功能及美观度,并且不良反应少,可以作为优选方案。Objective To explore the application of iRoot BP Plus in vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth and its effect on the function and aesthetics of affected teeth.Methods 98 patients with young permanent teeth crown fracture and pulp exposure due to trauma admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of first visit.49 patients in the control group were treated with calcium hydroxide for vital pulpotomy.49 patients in the observation group were treated with iRoot BP Plus for vital pulpotomy.The operation conditions,filling effect of affected teeth,tooth function and tooth aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of pain,swelling and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The filling efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 95.92%and 81.63%,respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The comfort function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of fixed function,chewing function and language function between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of aesthetics,the edge suitability and staining of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 4.08%and 8.16%,respectively,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of iRoot BP Plus in pulpotomy of young permanent teeth is significant.The filling of the affected teeth is satisfactory,the recovery is faster,the function and aesthetics of the affected teeth can be better improved,and the adverse reactions are less.It can be used as a preferred scheme.
