摘  要:《学位法》对学位授予的条件作出了新的要求与规定,学位论文是学位授予的条件之一。论文写作体现着学生在理论知识、专业技能等学术研究和实践工作方面的能力。提高论文写作能力不仅有助于学生完成本科学位论文,同时也有助于提高学生的分析问题、解决问题的综合能力,实现从法律工匠人向合格法律人的转变。但现阶段法学学科学生论文教育存在起步晚,重形式、轻创新,受ChatGPT等生成式人工智能不良影响等困境。困境形成的原因主要来自于法学学科定位、考核标准和激励机制三个方面。对此,需要从重塑学科定位、优化课程设置、减少形式考核等方面进行改进和完善,提高法学学科学生论文写作教育的水平。The"Law of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees"introduces new requirements and regulations for the conditions of degree conferment,with the thesis being one of the essential criteria.Thesis writing reflects a student's capabilities in theoretical knowledge,professional skills,and their ability to conduct academic research and practical work.Improving thesis writing skills not only helps students complete their undergraduate theses but also enhances their comprehensive abilities in analyzing and solving problems,facilitating the transformation from legal technicians to qualified legal professionals.However,at present,legal education students face several challenges in thesis education,including a late start,an overemphasis on form over innovation,and adverse impacts from generative AI like ChatGPT.The primary reasons for these challenges stem from the positioning of the legal discipline,assessment standards,and incentive mechanisms.To address these issues,improvements are needed in redefining the discipline's positioning,optimizing course structures,and reducing formalistic assessments,thereby enhancing the quality of thesis writing education of law disciplines students.
