地方高校图书馆学科服务的现实困境及高质量发展的实施路径

摘　　要：高质量发展正在成为下一轮图书馆事业发展的主基调。以高质量发展为背景,运用网络调查法,从服务栏目、服务内容、服务平台、服务团队、微信学科服务5个方面对43所省部共建的地方高校图书馆学科服务进行调查。分析发现:我国地方高校图书馆学科服务存在主动服务意识不强、内容不够丰富、服务平台建设滞后、服务团队建设落后、微信学科服务覆盖面不广等现实困境,提出通过树立主动服务理念、创新学科服务内容、构建智慧化学科服务平台、打造高水平的服务团队、探索多元的服务方式等路径实现学科服务的高质量发展,助力学科建设和“双一流”建设。High-quality development is becoming the main keynote of the next round of library development.Against the backdrop of high-quality development,this paper uses the method of network investigation to investigate the subject services of 43 Provincial and ministerial jointly built local university libraries from five aspects,such as service columns,service content,service platform,service team and WeChat subject services.The analysis finds that the subject service of local university libraries in China has some practical difficulties,such as weak active service consciousness,insufficient content,lagging service platform construction,backward service team construction,and insufficient coverage of WeChat subject service.It is proposed to realize the high-quality development of discipline services through establishing the active service concept,innovating the discipline service content,constructing the intelligent discipline service platform,creating a high-level service team,and exploring multiple service methods,so as to help the discipline construction and"double first-class"construction.
