摘 要:地铁机电设备安装是一项非常复杂涉及通风、照明、给排水、消防、供电、通信、FAS、BAS、ACS、等多专业多维度的复杂工程,呈现出高度的技术复杂性和协作难度。这些领域间的交互性和接口多样性,使得项目的协调工作尤为繁重。借助BIM技术能够以更直观且全面的方式检视设备及管线的布局,进而通过BIM建模,精准解决地铁机电施工中遇到的空间配置优化、管线碰撞检测与优化、工程量精准统计、施工信息查询及施工模拟等核心问题,从而实现材料成本的节约、工作效率的提升以及技术管理水平的优化。本文以广州市轨道交通十一号线机电设备安装项目为例,深入探究了BIM技术的具体应用流程及其效果。结果显示:BIM技术的有效运用能够显著提升施工方对各建设部门的管理效能,更好地把控项目进度,降低投入成本,减少资源浪费,并有效缩短施工周期。The installation of subway electromechanical equipment is a complex engineering involving ventilation,lighting,water supply and drainage,firefighting,power supply,communication,FAS,BAS,ACS,and other multi-professional and multi-dimensional complexities,presenting a high degree of technical complexity and collaboration difficulty.The interactivity and interface diversity among these fields make the coordination work of the project particularly heavy.With the help of BIM technology,the layout of equipment and pipelines can be viewed in a more intuitive and comprehensive way.Furthermore,through BIM modeling,core issues encountered in subway electromechanical construction,such as spatial configuration optimization,pipeline collision detection and optimization,accurate statistics of engineering quantity,construction information query,and construction simulation,can be precisely solved.This can achieve material cost savings,efficiency improvements,and technical management level optimization.This paper takes the electromechanical equipment installation project of Guangzhou Metro Line 11 as an example to deeply explore the specific application process and effects of BIM technology.The results show that the effective application of BIM technology can significantly improve the management efficiency of the construction party for various construction departments,better control the project schedule,reduce input costs,reduce resource waste,and effectively shorten the construction period.
