益生菌联合曲美布汀治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效及对白介素8、白介素10、干扰素γ与5-羟色胺的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究益生菌联合曲美布汀治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效及对白介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)与5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月,本院收治的80例IBS-D患者,根据数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予益生菌联合曲美布汀口服治疗,对照组仅给予曲美布汀口服治疗。比较2临床疗效,IL-8、IL-10、IFN-γ和5-HT水平及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);2组IL-8、IFN-γ和5-HT水平均有所降低,IL-10水平均有所升高,且观察组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益生菌联合曲美布汀治疗IBS-D临床疗效显著,可明显改善IL-8、IL-10、IFN-γ及5-HT水平,且不良反应较轻,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of probiotics combined with trimebutine in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)and the effect on interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT).Methods Total 80 patients with IBS-D admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to numerical random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral probiotics combined with trimebutine,while the control group was given oral trimebutine only.The clinical efficacy,levels of IL-8,IL-10,IFN-γand 5-HT and ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 72.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8,IFN-γand 5-HT in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-10 were increased.The indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with trimebutin have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of IBS-D and can significantly improve the levels of IL-8,IL-10,IFN-γand 5-HT,with mild adverse reactions,which is wor-thy of clinical promotion.
