摘 要:目的探讨口腔癌患儿癌组织内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、低氧诱导因子-α(HIF-1α)、特异性蛋白1(Sp1)表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取63例口腔癌患儿,均行手术治疗,术中切除肿瘤组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测VEGF、HIF-1α、Sp1表达情况,比较肿瘤组织及癌旁组织内表达;并分析VEGF、HIF-1α、Sp1表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果肿瘤组织VEGF阳性率、HIF-1α阳性率、Sp1阳性率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化程度、肿瘤直径≥3 cm患者VEGF阳性率高于无淋巴结转移、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高中分化程度、肿瘤直径<3 cm患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化程度、肿瘤直径≥3 cm患者HIF-1α阳性率高于无淋巴结转移、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高中分化程度、肿瘤直径<3 cm患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化程度、肿瘤直径≥3 cm患者Sp1阳性率高于无淋巴结转移、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高中分化程度、肿瘤直径<3 cm患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VEGF、HIF-1α、Sp1在口腔癌组织内存在较高表达,且与临床分期、淋巴结转移等关系密切,临床需加以重视,以此开展针对性治疗工作。Objective To explore the the expression of VEGF,HIF-1αand Sp1 in cancer tissue of children with oral cancer and its clinical significance.Methods A study was conducted on 63 children with oral cancer,all of whom underwent surgical treatment.During the surgery,tumor tissue and adjacent tissues were removed,and VEGF,HIF-1αand Sp1 were detected using immunohistochemistry,Compared the expression of VEGF,HIF-1αand Sp1 in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues;And analyzed the expression of VEGF,HIF-1αand Sp1 and its relationship with clinical pathological features.Results Positive rate of the expression of VEGF,HIF-1αand Sp1 in tumor tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rate of VEGF in patients with lymph node metastasis,clinical stageⅢ~Ⅳ,low differentiation degree,and tumor diameter≥3 cm was higher than of patients without lymph node metastasis,stageⅠ~Ⅱ,high differentiation degree,and tumor diameter<3 cm,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The positive rate of HIF-1αin patients with lymph node metastasis,clinical stagesⅢ~Ⅳ,low differentiation,and tumor diameter≥3 cm was higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis,stageⅠ~Ⅱ,high to medium differentiation,and tumor diameter<3 cm,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The Sp1 positive rate in patients with lymph node metastasis,clinical stageⅢ~Ⅳ,low differentiation degree,and tumor diameter≥3 cm was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis,stageⅠ~Ⅱ,high differentiation degree,and tumor diameter<3 cm,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF,HIF-1α、Sp1 is highly expressed in oral cancer tissue and is closely related to clinical staging,lymph node metastasis,and other factors.Clinical attention should be paid to it in order to carry out targeted treatment work.
