改良后路径腹腔镜手术对宫颈癌的疗效及对其血清指标及预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良后路径腹腔镜手术对宫颈癌的疗效及对其血清指标及预后的影响。方法选取106例宫颈癌患者,根据腹腔镜手术路径不同分为2组。研究组50例,采用改良后路LRH,而对照组56例,则采用传统LRH,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果两组的手术时间、淋巴结清扫数目等比较均无差异(P>0.05),而研究组的术中出血量及术后住院时间均较对照组优(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较无差异(P>0.05);术后两组的炎性指标均较术前升高,且对照组更甚(P<0.05);术后1年,两组总生存率及复发率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论改良后路径腹腔镜手术对宫颈癌患者的疗效更佳,不仅可减少术中出血,减轻患者的炎性反应,同时不增加其术后并发症发生率及不影响预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of modified pathway laparoscopic surgery on cervical cancer and the effect on its serum indicators and prognosis.Methods 106 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different laparoscopic surgical pathways.Among them,50 cases in the study group were operated by modified posterior LRH,while 56 cases in the control group were operated by traditional LRH,and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared.Results There was no difference in operation time and number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05),while intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the 2 groups(P>0.05);The inflammatory indexes of the 2 groups were elevated compared with that before operation,and it was more so in the control group(P<0.05);At 1 year postoperatively,total survival rate and recurrence rate were not different(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified pathway laparoscopic surgery has better efficacy for patients with cervical cancer,which not only reduces intraoperative bleeding and inflammatory reaction,but also does not affect the incidence of postoperative complications and prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
