摘　　要：人工智能深度介入学术出版全流程,深刻影响了当前的学术交流系统,掌握国际学术出版中人工智能的伦理治理框架和具体措施,可为我国学术期刊建设提供经验借鉴。文章采用扎根理论和内容分析法对有关人工智能应用的政策文本展开实证研究,分析当前国际学术出版流程中人工智能应用的伦理政策框架和主要规制措施。研究发现,国际学术出版机构对人工智能的应用持基本肯定态度,但仍保持谨慎的政策原则,其伦理治理框架分为包容审慎的处置原则和针对不同利益主体的具体规范两部分,导向清晰,措施明确。Artificial intelligence has penetrated deeply into the whole process of scholarly publishing and has profoundly affected the current system of scholarly communication.In order to describe the specific ethical governance framework of AI in international scholarly publishing and to provide reference for the development of scholarly journals in China,this study empirically examines the policy texts using grounded theory and content analysis to analyze the current ethical framework and key regulatory measures for AI applications in the international scholarly publishing process.The study finds that international scholarly publishing institutions and scholarly organizations have a positive attitude towards the application of Al,but still maintain prudent policy principles,and their ethical governance framework is divided into two parts:inclusive and prudent disposition principles and specific norms for different subject.In general,the framework has a clear policy orientation and clear specific measures.
