朝医“四象人”与中医“五态人”的理论剖析与临床研究

摘　　要：中医“五态人”与朝医“四象人”有着共同的医学起源,对后世医学有着非常重要的意义,本文通过剖析二者的理论起源、理论内涵、二者包含内容的相同点与差异点及各自在临床实践方面的应用,为中医及朝医学习者提供理论依据。经对比研究发现,二者的理论基础均为阴阳理论,四象人源于五态人;五态人是中医体质划分的一种,其划分依据为阴阳含量、外貌特征、行为特征、心理特征,对临床针刺治疗具有参考意义,更为后世中医心理医学、中医体质学提供了强有力的理论支撑:四象人的体质划分除包含阴阳、外貌、行为、心理外,加入了脏理,是朝医诊断的根本,是治疗用药的前提。Chinese Medicine“Five State Man”shares a common medical origin with Dynasty Medicine“Four Elephant Man”. of great importance to later generations of medicine. This paper provides a theoretical basis for learners of TCM and Dynasty Medicine by analysing the theoretical origins of the two, their connotations, the similarities and differences between what they contain and their respective applications in clinical practice. The theoretical basis of both is the yin and yang,The Four Elephant Man is derived from the Five State Man,Five state people is a kind of Chinese medicine physique division, its division based on yin and yang content, appearance characteristics, behavioral characteristics, psychological characteristics, clinical acupuncture treatment has reference significance, more later generations of Chinese medicine psychiatry, Chinese medicine physique to provide a strong theoretical support: four elephants in addition to the division of physique contains the yin and yang,appearance, behavior, psychology, joined the dirty reasoning, the dynasty of medical diagnosis of the fundamentals of the treatment of the prerequisite for the use of medication.
