高压氧联合普拉克索片对帕金森病痴呆的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究高压氧联合普拉克索片对帕金森病痴呆的疗效、认知功能及神经细胞因子水平的改善作用。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月河南省直第三人民医院收治的76例帕金森病痴呆患者进行研究,以随机数字表法进行分组,观察组(高压氧联合普拉克索治疗)和对照组(普拉克索治疗)各38例。比较两组治疗总有效率、认知功能、睡眠情况、神经细胞因子及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率(86.84%)与对照组(76.32%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组干预前的认知功能各项指标评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预6周,两组认知功能评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前的神经细胞因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,各神经细胞因子水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前的睡眠质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组患者睡眠质量评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率(13.16%)与对照组(7.89%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧联合普拉克索片治疗帕金森病痴呆安全有效,能够改善患者认知功能及睡眠质量,提升神经细胞因子水平。Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with pramexole tablets on Parkinson’s disease dementia,cognitive function and the improvement of nerve cytokine levels.Methods A total of 76 patients with Parkinson’s disease and dementia admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected for this study.The patients were grouped by random number table method,with 38 cases in each observation group(hyperbaric oxygen combined with pramexole treatment)and control group(pramexole treatment).The total effective rate,cognitive performance,sleep status,nerve cytokines and adverse response incidence were all compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(86.84%)was not significantly different from that of control group(76.32%)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of cognitive function indexes between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of intervention,the scores of cognitive function of symptoms in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of nerve cytokines between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of nerve cytokines increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and sleep quality scores of the two groups decreased after intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(13.16%)and the control group(7.89%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with pramipexole tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease dementia,which can improve cognitive function and sleep quality of patients,and enhance the level of nerve cytokines.
