新时代背景下高校学报编辑部团队建设探析

摘　　要：在新时代背景下,高校学报面临着更高的质量要求和更复杂的外部环境,因此,加强学报团队建设显得尤为重要。学报编辑部团队建设的重要维度主要体现为编辑人员年龄层次、专业结构、职称结构、编辑主体性的发挥程度及编辑部文化建设等层面。编辑部团队建设的实现途径具体包括:根据栏目的创新发展、人员赓续,动态管理团队;坚持持证上岗、定期培训制度,建立一支学习型团队;落实提高编辑待遇的政策,留住人才;创新应用网络技术,助力团队合作共赢;加强编辑部文化建设,充分发挥编辑的主体性。学报编辑部团队建设是一项重要工作,是实现学报可持续发展、高质量发展的重要保证。The editing and publishing of university journals,as a systematic project,requires the sincere unity and collaborative efforts of the editorial team,which also highlights the importance of editorial team building.The specific ways to achieve team building in the editorial department include:dynamically managing the team based on the innovative development of the column,personnel continuity.Adhere to the system of certified em-ployment and regular training,and establish a learning oriented team.Implement policies to improve the remu-neration of editors and retain talents.Innovate the application of network technology to assist team cooperation and win-win outcomes.Strengthen the cultural construction of the editorial department and fully leverage the sub-jectivity of editors.The team building of the editorial department of a journal is an important task and a crucial guarantee for achieving sustainable and high-quality development of the journal.
