利用胶体金法对铜仁市畜禽肉、蛋中兽药残留的监测分析

摘　　要：为了解铜仁市2023年畜禽肉、蛋中兽药残留,该研究采用胶体金免疫层析试纸条法对采集样品进行快速检测,对检测出的阳性样本及在方法检出限附近的疑似样品,利用液相色谱-串联质谱法进行验证检测。结果表明:畜肉中莱克多巴胺检出率较高为1.67%,禽肉中尼卡巴嗪检出率较高为2.00%,禽蛋中磺胺类、氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素检出率较高分别为2.56%、1.16%、1.16%。在验证试验中,胶体金法与液相色谱-串联质谱法检测结果基本一致。因此,利用胶体金免疫层析检测法快捷方便、成本低、准确度高,可以用作畜禽肉、蛋中兽药残留的快速筛查检测。In order to understand the veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry meat and eggs in Tongren city in 2023,the colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip method was used to detect the collected samples rapidly.The detected positive samples and suspected samples near the detection limit of the process were verified by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that the detection rate of ractopamine in livestock meat was 1.67%,the detection rate of dacarbazine in poultry meat was 2.00%,and the detection rates of sulfonamides,florfenicol,and thiamphenicol in eggs were 2.56%,1.16%,and 1.16%,respectively.In the verification test,the results of the colloidal gold method and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were basically the same.Therefore,the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay is fast,convenient,low cost,high accurate,and can be used for rapid screening and detection of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry meat and eggs.
