摘 要:海洋水色观测卫星是重要的对地观测平台,以相对高时空分辨率探测全球海洋和海岸带地区的生态环境,同时兼顾探测内陆水体、陆地植被和冰雪等信息.分别从卫星平台和载荷性能方面分析了国内外海洋水色卫星的发展历程、现状和未来趋势;综述了中国已发射的海洋水色观测卫星及其载荷的功能和性能情况;归纳了中国海洋水色观测卫星地面系统建设、卫星数据应用发展的历史和现状,重点阐述了中国海洋水色卫星在海洋生态环境、海洋生态灾害、滨海湿地生态系统、海冰和海洋国土空间规划领域的监测应用;最后给出了中国海洋水色观测卫星未来的新需求及发展趋势.研究结论可为中国海洋水色观测卫星的发展及应用规划提供参考.Ocean color observation satellites are the important Earth observation platforms,which monitor the ecological environment of global oceans and coastal zones with relatively high temporal and spatial resolution.The satellites can also acquire the information of inland water,land vegetation,ice and snow.The development history,current and future trends of international and domestic ocean color satellites were analyzed from the perspectives of satellite platforms and payload performance by country.The functionalities and performance of China's launched ocean color observation satellites and their payloads were summarized.The historical and current development of the ground system and the applications of the satellite data from China's ocean color observation satellite were concluded,which focused on the monitoring application in marine ecological environment and disasters,coastal wetland ecosystems,sea ice,and marine territorial spatial planning of China s ocean color satellites.The new future requirements and development trends of China's ocean color observation satellites were obtained.The conclusion of this study can provide reference for the development and application design of China's ocean color observation satellites.
