摘　　要：目的探讨近视与中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)的关系。方法选择重庆医科大学附属永川医院就诊的18~41岁的近视患者105人,对照组38人作为研究对象。所有研究对象被分为四组:Ⅰ组,中低度近视组;Ⅱ组,高度近视组;Ⅲ组,高度近视合并眼底病变组;Ⅳ组,正常对照组。比较各组血液检查计算的NLR和PLR水平。结果Ⅰ组的NLR为(1.98±0.63),Ⅱ组的NLR为(2.38±0.77),Ⅲ组的NLR为(2.51±1.20),Ⅳ组的NLR为(1.54±0.35)。PLR各组分别为:Ⅰ组(115.61±30.94),Ⅱ组(133.63±49.40),Ⅲ组(144.47±45.68),Ⅳ组(100.86±14.14)。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的NLR和PLR显著高于Ⅳ组。结论高度近视患者的NLR和PLR高于正常对照组,尤其是高度近视合并眼底病变的患者有更高NLR和PLR,炎症可能与近视的进展有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between myopia and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR).Methods Chose 105 myopia patients aged 18-40 who were treated at Yongchuan Hospital affiliated with Chongqing Medical University,and a control group of 38 as research subjects.All research subjects were divided into four groups:Group I,medium to low myopia group;GroupⅡ,high myopia group;GroupⅢ,high myopia with fundus lesions group;GroupⅣ,normal control group.Compare the NLR and PLR levels calculated by blood tests in each group.The NLR and PLR values calculated by blood tests were compared between the groups.Results The NLR of Group I was(1.98±0.63),GroupⅡwas(2.38±0.77),GroupⅢwas(2.51±1.20),and GroupⅣwas(1.54±0.35).The PLR groups were(115.61±30.94)in Group I,(133.63±49.40)in GroupⅡ,(144.47±45.68)in GroupⅢ,and(100.86±14.14)in GroupⅣ.The NLR and PLR of GroupⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than GroupⅣ.Conclusion The NLR and PLR of patients with high myopia are higher than those of the normal control group,especially those with high myopia combined with fundus lesions.Inflammation may be related to the progression of myopia.
