摘　　要：我国正处于由知识产权大国向知识产权强国迈进的关键阶段。科技成果向现实生产力转化,是科技创新推动经济发展和社会进步的关键,也是支撑产业升级的重要手段。高价值的专利培育对于提高我国科技成果转化水平与提升国家、企业经济实力具有重要意义。作为高等教育中的重要组成部分,高职院校也需要积极探索和实践专利培育工作。本文分析了高职院校在高价值专利培育方面存在的问题,并提出了加强知识产权教育、建立创新激励机制和风险管控机制、建立团队分工协作和价值共生管理机制、制定专门的工作计划并实施全过程指导与管理等策略建议。Our country is in a crucial stage of developing its intellectual property rights.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces is the key to promoting economic development and social progress through scientific and technological innovation,and is also an important means of supporting industrial upgrading.The cultivation of high-value patents is of great significance for improving the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements and enhancing the economic strength of Chinese enterprises.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational colleges also need to actively explore and practice patent cultivation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of highvalue patents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some strategic suggestions such as strengthening intellectual property education,establishing innovation incentive mechanisms and risk control mechanisms,establishing team division of labor cooperation and value symbiosis management mechanisms,formulating special work plans,and implementing whole-process guidance and management.
