摘 要:抑郁症严重危害在校大学生的身心健康。患病学生及学生家长的病耻感往往导致患者放弃或中断治疗,造成治疗困难及病程迁延,严重损害患病学生的社会属性。家校合作的背景为目前高校内开展心理咨询提供了家庭干预的可能。本案例围绕一名大二学生因抑郁症就医服药后产生的病耻感进行梳理,帮助学生深入理解自己的病耻感及该情绪对自己人际关系的影响,缓解了学生情绪困扰,深入处理了与家庭成员的关系、与同辈群体的关系,改变自己面对疾病的态度,有效提升了心理健康水平。Depression poses a significant threat to the mental and physical well-being of college students.Furthermore,the stigma associated with the illness,felt by both students and their parents,often leads to treatment abandonment or interruption,resulting in treatment difficulties and prolonged illness,seriously affecting the social functioning of affected students.The context of school-family cooperation provides the potential for family intervention in current on-campus psychological counseling services in higher education.This case study focuses on a sophomore student who experienced stigma related to his depression diagnosis and medication adherence.The counseling process helped the student gain a deeper understanding of his stigma and its impact on his interpersonal relationships,alleviating emotional distress.It also facilitated a thorough exploration of his relationships with family members,peers,and his attitude toward his illness,ultimately enhancing his mental health.
