摘 要:“冶炼机械设计理论”是机械设计制造及自动化专业冶金机械方向的一门专业必修课,主要讲述炼铁和炼钢相关的主辅机械设备。传统实验教学是利用简易教学模型,通过老师演示来进行,达不到教学大纲要求。本文从教学方案设计、教学方、教学手段等方面以“冶金机械设计理论”课程的高炉无料钟炉顶布料装置虚拟仿真实验的教改实践为例,创新实验教学新思路,提高学生创新思维和独立思考能力,促进冶金机械专业课程实验教学质量的提高。“Metallurgical Machinery Design Theory”is a professional compulsory course for the metallurgical machinery area in mechanical design,manufacturing and automation major,and it mainly addresses the main and auxiliary mechanical equipment related to ironmaking and steelmaking.Traditional experimental teaching is carried out through the teacher’s demonstration by using simple teaching model,and cannot meet the requirements of the syllabus.This paper takes the teaching reform practice of virtual simulation experiment of distribution equipment on blast furnace bell-less top in the course of“Metallurgical Machinery Design Theory”as an example from the teaching plan design,teaching parties,and teaching methods.It can innovate new experimental teaching ideas,improve students’innovative thinking and independent thinking abilities,and promote the improvement of experimental teaching quality in the metallurgical machinery major.
