摘  要:本研究通过脂质组学对酸枣仁油的脂质组成进行分析,并进一步对功能特性进行初步分析。从酸枣仁油中共获得了5大类19个亚类384种脂质成分,其脂质分子中碳链长度为35~54的中长链脂质约占66.60%,不饱和脂质约占95.70%。与目前报道的植物油脂相比,酸枣仁油中甘油脂类(GL)的亚类有292种,是目前报道GL数量最多的植物油脂,其中甘油二酯(DG)含量可达1090607.62 nmol/g。功能特性初步分析表明酸枣仁油具有降血脂的活性可能与其含有大量的DG相关。The lipid composition of Semen ziziphi spinosae oil was analyzed based on lipidomics in this study,and the functional characteristics were further analyzed.There were 384 lipid components in 19 subclasses and 5 categories from Semen ziziphi spinosae oil.Its lipid molecules were medium and long chain lipids with carbon chain lengths of 35~54,accounting for 66.60%,and unsaturated lipids accounted for 95.70%.Compared with the vegetable oil reported at present,there were 292 subtypes of glycerolipids(GL)in Semen ziziphi spinosae oil,being the most reported vegetable oil at present,and the content of diglycerides(DG)reached 1090607.62 mol/g.The preliminary functional analysis indicated that the hypolipidemic activity of Semen ziziphi spinosae oil may be related to its large amount of DGs.
