摘　　要：本文从整体视角,通过对新阶段体育产业供给与需求、主体与结构、组成与模式转变的探讨,分析了新质生产力赋能体育产业高质量发展的驱动逻辑。本文认为,第一,在以新质生产力赋能体育产业发展时,需同时把握体育供给与需求双向升级的节奏,兼顾网络技术普及、消费主体多样化中的体育需求增长,以及国家保障、全球化、现代化、协同化作用下的体育供给更新。第二,基于新质生产力的“新”是多维度的,认识到体育产业结构与主体定位是多方面的。体育产业不但在传统与新型产业连接、因地制宜的产业异质性挖掘、产业链创新建构、产业知识再生产中实现了体育产业结构转型升级、体育产业空间重置,而且在多主体定位调整与创新合作中实现了经济价值、社会责任的双重提升。第三,新质生产力赋能体育产业高质量发展的过程,既是促进体育产业共同体建构的过程,也是促进殊途同归的体育产业新模式建构过程。即便体育产业内部构成复杂,不同体育产业组织因客观或主观原因发展未能统一步调,但在新质生产力驱动下都向优化资源配置、实现高质量发展的目标迈进。From the perspective of the whole,through the discussion of the supply and demand,main body and structure,composition and mode transformation of the sports industry in the new stage,this paper analyzes the driving logic of the new quality productive forces enabling the high-quality development of the sports industry.It is believed that:First,when empowering the development of sports industry with new quality productive forces,it is necessary to grasp the rhythm of two-way upgrading of supply and demand at the same time,taking into account the growth of sports demand under the popularization of network technology and the diversification of consumer subjects,and the renewal of sports supply under the effect of state guarantee,globalization,modernization and synergy.Second,the“new”based on the new quality productive forces is multi-dimensional,recognizing that the structure and main body positioning of the sports industry are multi-faceted.The sports industry not only realizes the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry structure and the resetting of the sports industry space in the connection of traditional and new industries,the mining of industrial heterogeneity according to local conditions,the innovative construction of the industrial chain,and the reproduction of industrial knowledge,but also realizes the double improvement of economic significance and social responsibility in the adjustment of multi-subject positioning and innovation cooperation.Third,the process of new quality productive forces enabling the highquality development of sports industry is not only aprocess of promoting the construction of sports industry community,but also a process of promoting the construction of a new model of sports industry.Even though the internal composition of the sports industry is rich,different sports industry organizations fail to develop at a uniform pace due to objective or subjective reasons,but under the drive of new quality productive forces,they all point to optimizing resource allocation and a
