大黄[庶虫]虫丸联合亮丙瑞林对子宫肌瘤患者疗效及性激素和微血管密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨大黄[庶虫]虫丸联合亮丙瑞林对子宫肌瘤患者疗效及性激素和微血管密度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年8月阜新市第二人民医院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组予以注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服大黄[庶虫]虫丸。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,子宫体积及肌瘤体积,胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平及微血管密度。结果观察组治疗有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组FSH、P、E_(2)水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组子宫体积、肌瘤体积缩小,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组IGF-1、VEGF水平与微血管密度降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄?虫丸联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著,可改善患者性激素水平,缩小子宫体积及肌瘤体积,显著改善IGF-1、VEGF表达水平,降低微血管密度。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with leuprorelin on patients with Uterine fibroid and its influence on sex hormones and microvessel density.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Fuxin City from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprelin acetate for injection,and the observation group was treated with Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with leuprelin.The clinical efficacy,levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),uterine volume and myoma volume,insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and microvascular density before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 90.00% higher than that of control group 70.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,P and E_(2) in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and myoma volume of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IGF-1,VEGF and microvessel density in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with leuprorelin has a significant therapeutic effect on Uterine fibroid,which can improve the sex hormone level of patients,reduce the uterine volume and myoma volume,significantly improve the expression levels of Insulin-like growth factor 1 and Vascular endothelial growth factor,and reduce microvessel density.
