利培酮片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗残留型精神分裂症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利培酮片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗残留型精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选择2021年12月—2022年12月黔西康健精神病医院收治的82例残留型精神分裂症患者为研究对象,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。其中,对照组采用利培酮片治疗,观察组采用利培酮片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗,均治疗2个月。比较两组临床疗效、心理状态以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组和对照组的SAS与SDS评分均显著降低,而观察组明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利培酮片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗残留型精神分裂症效果较单用利培酮更佳,在改善患者症状、心理状态方面效果明显,且用药安全。Objective To explore clinical effect of risperidone tablets combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets in treatment of residual schizophrenia.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with residual schizophrenia admitted to Qianxi Kangjian Mental Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with risperidone tablets,while observation group with risperidone tablets combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets,both groups were treated for 2 months.Clinical effect,psychological status,and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 90.24%,significantly higher than 73.17%in control group,(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group and control group were significantly lower,those of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was higher than control group,difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of risperidone tablets and sertraline hydrochloride tablets is more effective for residual schizophrenia than risperidone only,with significant effect on improving symptoms and psychological state of patients,which is safe for application.
