桂枝茯苓丸加减联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果观察及对E2、FSH水平影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸加减与米非司酮对子宫肌瘤疾病诊治作用情况。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月本院诊治的92例子宫肌瘤患者进行研究探讨,并随机分为常规组和研究组,每组46例。其中,常规组仅采用米非司酮治疗,研究组则采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗,对比两组用药后情况、是否出现不良反应、子宫和肌瘤面积、血清激素水平。结果研究组治疗有效率显著高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间子宫与肌瘤体积、血清性激素水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组各项指标均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者接受桂枝茯苓丸加减与米非司酮联合治疗,可显著降低子宫及肌瘤面积,降低雌激素(E2)水平及促卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平,同时避免不良反应,提高治疗成效。Objective To explore diagnostic and curative effect of modified cinnamon twig and poria pills and mifepristone on uterine fibroid diseases.Methods The paper chose 92 patients with uterine fibroids in our unit from March 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with mifepristone only,while study group with treatment with cinnamon twig and poria capsules combined with mifepristone.Postoperative conditions,adverse reactions,uterine and fibroid area,and serum hormone levels between two groups were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine and fibroid volume,serum sex hormone levels between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of modified cinnamon twig and poria pills and mifepristone can reduce area of uterus and fibroids,lower E2 and FSH levels,avoid adverse reactions,and improve treatment effect of patients with uterine fibroids significantly.
