摘　　要：目的观察超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术的临床应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月温岭市中医院收治的110例前列腺癌疑似患者,对其实施直肠前列腺穿刺活检术,观察其临床运用价值。结果本次研究检查出49例前列腺癌患者,占比为44.55%,其他为前列腺增生21例、前列腺不典型增生有18例、前列腺炎17例、上皮内瘤变5例。40例发生并发症,占比为36.36%。结论在前列腺疾病中实施超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术,能够提升疾病的诊出率,并且临床运用安全性较高,建议在临床中推广。Objective To observe clinical application value of ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy.Methods The paper chose 110 suspected prostate cancer patients admitted to Wenling City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 for rectal prostate puncture biopsy,and observed clinical application value.Results 49 cases of prostate cancer were detected in the study,accounting for 44.55%of the total.Among them,there were 21 cases of prostatic hyperplasia,18 cases of atypical prostatic hyperplasia,17 cases of prostatitis and 5 cases of intraepithelial neoplasia of the prostate.Incidence of complications was 36.36%(40 cases).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy can improve diagnosis rate of prostate diseases with high clinical safety,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
