摘　　要：目的研究宫颈癌前病变患者接受LEEP刀治疗的有效性。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月在本院治疗的符合标准的宫颈癌前病变的30例患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,每组15例。其中,对照组应用常规手术治疗,研究组应用LEEP刀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术中出血量小于对照组,且手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌前病变患者应用LEEP刀治疗,不仅术中出血量低、手术创伤小,同时也会降低患者术后并发症的发生率,在治疗效果上优于传统术式,且术后患者生活质量较好,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To investigate effect of LEEP knife treatment for patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods The paper chose 30 patients with cervical precancerous lesions met criteria from February 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into study group and control group based on different treatment methods,with 15 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine surgical treatment,while study group with LEEP knife treatment.Curative effect was compared.Results Study group had higher curative effect than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications was lower in study group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications was lower in study group(P<0.05).Study group had less intraoperative bleeding,shorter surgical and hospital stay,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment in terms of life quality,(P>0.05).After treatment,life quality in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP knife can reduce intraoperative bleeding,surgical trauma,incidence of postoperative complications of cervical precancerous lesions,with better curative effect than traditional surgery,with good postoperative life quality,which is worthy of application.
