腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月本院收治的82例低位直肠癌患者为研究对象,并按数字随机法分为传统组(给予患者传统开腹手术)与腹腔组(给予患者腹腔镜根治术),每组41例。经由对比分析各类手术方法在患者手术指标、术后并发症及治疗满意度方面的差异,以探讨适用于低位直肠癌治疗的优选手术方案。结果腹腔组手术各项指标均优于传统组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔组患者术后并发症发生率低于传统组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔组满意度高于传统组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在低位直肠癌患者治疗中,采用腹腔镜根治术具有显著疗效,该疗法能有效改善患者病情。手术过程中各项指标优良,术后并发症风险较低,有利于患者康复。同时,患者对治疗满意度较高,具备深入推广的价值。Objective To analyze and compare clinical effect of laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional open surgery in surgical treatment of patients with low rectal cancer.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with low rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into traditional group(treated with traditional open surgery)and abdominal group(with laparoscopic radical surgery)with digital randomization method,41 cases in each group.Surgical indicators,postoperative complications,and treatment satisfaction degree of patients with different surgical methods were compared,optimal surgical method for low rectal cancer was analyzed.Results Various surgical indicators in abdominal group were better than traditional group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in abdominal group and traditional group was 4.88%and 26.83%respectively(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of abdominal group and traditional group was 92.68%and 65.85%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery is an ideal treatment for patients with low rectal cancer,can improve condition of patients significantly,with good surgical indicators and low postoperative complications,can postoperative of patients with high satisfaction degree with treatment,which can be further promot ed.
