盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合藿香正气颗粒治疗胃肠炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析对胃肠炎患者实行盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合藿香正气颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法采用2022年1月—2023年1月本院收治的179例胃肠炎患者为研究对象,分为对照组(n=90)和观察组(n=89)。对照组采用盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗,观察组采用盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合藿香正气颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗后的病症好转时间、炎症因子指标及患者治疗满意程度。结果观察组的临床病症好转时间短于对照组;观察组的炎症因子指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的患者治疗满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠炎患者使用盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合藿香正气颗粒治疗效果良好,能够有效改善患者炎症因子指标,缓解临床症状,促进病情恢复,提升患者治疗满意程度,具有较高的临床应用价值和意义。Objective To analyze clinical effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules combined with agastache for dispelling turbidity granules in treatment of gastroenteritis patients.Methods The paper chose 179 patients with gastroenteritis in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as study subjects.90 cases in control group were treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules,while the other 89 cases in observation group with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules combined with agastache for dispelling turbidity granules.Time of symptoms improvement,inflammatory factor indicators,and patient satisfaction degree with treatment were compared between two groups after treatment.Results Clinical improvement time of observation group was shorter than control group,inflammatory factor indicators were better than control group.Satisfaction degree with treatment in observation groups was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules and agastache for dispelling turbidity granules can achieve good curative effect for patients with gastroenteritis,can improve inflammatory factor indicators,alleviate clinical symptoms,promote disease recovery,and enhance satisfaction degree with treatment of patients effectively,which has high clinical application value and significance.
