摘  要:目的探讨ICam4D摄影测量技术在牙列缺失种植固定修复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月—2022年12月在南方科技大学医院就诊的1例牙列缺失患者为研究对象。使用ICam4D摄影测量技术获取口腔种植的数字化印模,并开展后续种植义牙修复设计。结果患者在预定时间完成固定修复体,并在手术当天对治疗效果进行总体评价(总分为10分):手术当天完成临时修复后评分为8分;术后2周评分为8分;最终完成修复体后评分为9分。患者对采用数字化种植牙手术种植牙齿及其修复过程和最终修复结果感到满意。结论ICam4D摄影测量技术可快速、高效、精确地将种植体相对位置信息数字化,为后续种植义齿修复设计提供便利。Objective:To explore the application effect of ICam4D photogrammetry technology in implant fixation repair of missing teeth.Method:A patient with missing dentition who visited the Southern University of Science and Technology Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 was selected as the research object.Use ICam4D photogrammetry technology to obtain digital impressions of oral implants and carry out subsequent implant denture restoration design.As a result,the patient completed the fixed restoration at the scheduled time and evaluated the overall treatment effect of the temporary restoration on the day of surgery(a total score of 0-10 points).The score for completing the temporary restoration on the day of surgery was 8 points;The postoperative score for 2 weeks is 8 points;After the final completion of the restoration,the score is 9 points.The patient is satisfied with the use of digital dental implant surgery for dental implantation,its restoration process,and final restoration results.Conclusion:ICam4D photogrammetry technology can quickly,efficiently,and accurately digitize the relative position information of implants,providing convenience for subsequent implant denture restoration design.
