摘 要:目的为了优化在职护士科研能力的培养路径,探讨系统化理念下在职护士科研培训体系的构建措施。方法运用文献分析法、问卷调查法和统计分析法积累了对在职护士进行系统化培训的工作经验。在研究过程中,设置了专门的研究小组,并采用不同的方式对在职护士的科研能力进行考核。研究对象为某医院的50名临床护士,本研究对其完成系统性培训工作。结果通过护理科研能力评价量表和科研创新情况培训成果表,发现培训后在职护士的科研能力明显高于培训前,在职护士所发表的论文数量、专利数量和科研课题项目均多于培训前。结论构建在职护士系统化科研培训体系,能够有效提升在职护士的科研水平和科研创新能力。Objective To optimize cultivation path of research ability of in-service nurses,the paper explored construction measures of a systematic research training system for in-service nurses.Methods The study accumulated work experience of systematic training for in-service nurses with literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis.During research process of the project,the paper established a study group to assess research ability of in-service nurses with different methods,chose 50 clinical nurses in a certain hospital with systematic training as research subjects.Results Based on nursing research ability evaluation scale and research innovation training results table,the paper found total scores of research ability of in-service nurses after training was significantly higher than before,number of papers,patents,and research projects published by in-service nurses after training were higher than before.Conclusion Constructing systematic research and training system can effectively enhance research level and innovation ability of in-service nurses.
