摘　　要：全国肿瘤登记中心自2013年以来定期发布我国结直肠癌流行情况数据,本文汇总了2013年~2022年全国肿瘤登记中心及世界卫生组织下属国际癌症研究机构(IARC)发布的2022年结直肠癌发病及死亡数据,分析中国近10年结直肠癌发病及死亡趋势。2013年至2022年,结直肠癌整体发病例数由2013年34.79万例增长到2022年的51.71万例,在全国恶性肿瘤发病顺位由第四位上升为第二位,结直肠癌死亡病例由2013年16.49万增长到24万,死亡顺位由第五位上升至第四位。随着中国社会经济的快速发展和社会老龄化,结直肠癌的疾病负担越来越重,防控形势严峻。National central cancer registry has been regularly releasing the data on the prevalence of colorectal cancer in our country since 2013.This paper summarized the data of national central cancer registry from 2013 to 2022 and the data of 2022 released by IARC under the World Health Organization.Analyzed the incidence and death trend of colorectal cancer in China in the past 10 years.From 2013 to 2022,the overall incidence of colorectal cancer increased from 347900 cases in 2013 to 517100 cases in 2022,the incidence rose from the fourth to the second place,the mortality of colorectal cancer increased from 164900 cases in 2013 to 241000 cases in 2022,and rose from the fifth to the fourth place.With the rapid development of China's social economy and aging society,the disease burden of colorectal cancer is becoming heavier and heavier,and the prevention and control situation is grim.
