摘  要:直肠癌是严重威胁人类生命健康的常见肿瘤,且发病率逐年提升.随着科技的发展和手术技术的成熟,人们对微创的要求越来越高.达芬奇机器人手术也逐渐揭开神秘面纱,被更多的外科医生掌握.本手术选择达芬奇机器人手术平台实现经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES),选择CRC-NOSES I式B法-外翻法的手术方式治疗低位直肠癌,并对术式的选择、机器人手术的优劣势、NOSES手术无菌无瘤原则的把控上进行讨论.Rectal cancer is a common tumor that seriously threatens human life and health,and its incidence is increasing year by year.With the development of science and technology and the maturity of surgical techniques,people have higher and higher requirements for minimally invasive surgery.Da Vinci robotic surgery has gradually been unveiled and mastered by more surgeons.In this operation,the Da Vinci robotic surgery platform was used to realize the natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES),and the CRC-NOSES I B-eversion method was used to treat low rectal cancer,and the selection of surgical methods,the advantages and disadvantages of robotic surgery,and the control of the sterile and tumor-free principle of NOSES were discussed.
