摘　　要：农业类科研事业单位在农业发展中起着重要作用,其中人事管理为核心管理环节。结合事业单位的现状,从以人为本、人才引进、管理机制、信息化管理等方面对农业类科研事业单位的人事人才管理进行问题与对策分析,旨在为促进事业单位全面改革和优化升级提供参考。Agricultural research-based type institutions play an important role in the development of agriculture,in which personnel management is the core management link.Combined with the current situation of public institutions,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of personnel management in agricultural research-based type institutions from the aspects of people-oriented,talent introduction,management mechanism and information management,aiming at providing references for promoting the comprehensive reform and optimization and upgrading of institutions.
