摘 要:在畜禽养殖过程中,兽药的不当使用可能引发细菌耐药性和动物性食品安全等问题,带来潜在的安全风险。本文从抗生素使用、多重耐药菌、养殖场兽药使用程序、养殖环境和兽药使用的科学指导等方面分析兽药使用现状,并从合理使用兽药、加强科学管理、建立兽药使用的过程化管理机制、开发新兽药、新饲料和中兽药等方面提出相应对策,为畜禽养殖兽药使用减量化提供参考。In the process of animal husbandry,improper use of veterinary drugs may lead to bacterial resistance and animal food safety issues,posing potential safety risks.The current situation of the use of veterinary drugs were analyzed from the aspects of using antibiotic and multidrug-resistant bacteria,veterinary drug use of farm,breeding environment,and scientific guidance for veterinary drug use.Corresponding countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of rational use of veterinary drugs,strengthening scientific management,establishing a process based management mechanism for veterinary drug use,developing new veterinary drugs,new feed,and traditional Chinese veterinary drugs.Aim to provide references for reducing the use of veterinary drugs in livestock and poultry breeding.
