摘　　要：护理床可以广泛用在医疗机构以及家庭中,为患者或失能人员提供医疗护理。随着对护理需求的不断增加,护理床向智能化、舒适化发展。该研究选取了护理床的起背机构作为研究对象,重点回顾了起背角度调节的标准和舒适性判断的依据,并梳理了各种调节构型的研究,以期为护理床研究机构了解当前技术提供帮助,并为使用者选择护理床提供参考。Nursing beds can be widely used in medical institutions and households to provide medical care for patients or disabled individuals.With the increasing demand for nursing,nursing beds are developing towards intelligence and comfort.In this study,the backrest lifting mechanism of nursing beds is selected as the research object.The standards for backrest angle adjustment and the basis for comfort judgment are reviewed,and the research on various adjustment configurations are sorted in order to provide assistance to relevant research institutions in understanding current technologies and assist users in making choices.
