摘 要:[研究目的]不同类型的媒体平台日益成为公众浏览环保信息,了解气候变化现状的重要渠道。研究探索了媒体接触对公众信息搜寻行为及环保行为意愿的影响机制,为有效提升公众的气候意识,促进公众的环保参与提供新思路。[研究方法]研究综合考虑公众认知状态与认知机制,在气候变化语境下构建媒体信息接触影响模型,通过调查问卷数据考察了不同类型媒体信息接触(社交媒体与传统媒体)对公众感知风险及后续信息搜寻与环保行为意愿的影响,并进一步探索了公众信息倦怠的调节作用。[研究结论]气候变化语境下,感知风险作为认知机制层面关键度量中介了社交媒体信息接触对公众信息搜寻及环保行为意愿的影响。感知风险在传统媒体信息接触影响过程中的中介作用不显著,公众的传统媒体信息接触直接正向影响公众的信息搜寻与环保行为意愿。信息倦怠调节社交媒体信息接触对感知风险的影响,抑制了社交媒体信息接触的效果。[Research purpose]Different types of media platforms are increasingly becoming important channels for the public to access climate change information.The study explored the influence of media exposure on the public intention of information-seeking behavior and pro-environment behavior.It helps to provides new insight for effectively enhancing public participation in climate change.[Research method]By comprehensively considering the public's cognitive situation and cognitive mechanism,this study constructed an impact model of media exposure,collected data by questionnaire,empirically examined the impacts of different types of media exposure(including social media and traditional media)on individuals'perceived risk and intention to seek climate change information and engage in pro-environmental behaviors.It further investigated the moderating role of message fatigue.[Research conclusion]In the context of climate change,as a critical variable in cognitive mechanisms,perceived risk mediated the effect of social media exposure on public information-seeking intention and the effect of social media exposure on public intention to engage in environmental behavior.The mediating role of perceived risk in the traditional media exposure model was insignificant.In contrast,traditional media exposure was directly and positively associated with the intention of information-seeking behavior and pro-environment behavior.Message fatigue moderated the effect of social media exposure on perceived risk and could inhibit the effect of social media exposure.
