摘 要:稻谷加工环节中,抛光不仅关乎最终呈现的产品品质,而且易产生碎米,为增加抛光机组的生产稳定性,降低生产能耗,需要对抛光环节进行智能优化。结合大米抛光机组实际情况,引入大米品质分析仪,通过图像处理技术,为机组智能调控提供决策依据,研究了抛光工序中基于MODBUS的通讯方式,为后续抛光机组的智能化改进奠定数据存储的基础。In the process of rice processing,polishing is not only related to the final product quality,but also easy to produce broken rice,in order to increase the production stability of the polishing unit and reduce the production energy consumption,it is necessary to intelligently optimize the polishing process.Combined with the actual situation of the rice polishing unit,the rice quality analyzer was introduced to provide a decision-making basis for the intelligent control of the unit through image processing technology,and the communication mode based on MODBUS in the polishing process was studied,which laid the foundation for data storage for the intelligent improvement of the subsequent polishing unit.
