摘 要:截至2022年底,新疆全社会标准仓房仓容1392万t,地方国有及国有控股粮食收储企业609万t,近年来绿色储粮技术大规模应用,为保障新疆粮食安全发挥了积极作用。粮油食品消费需求正由“吃得饱”向“吃得好”、“吃得健康”转变,粮食安全也从数量安全上升到数量质量安全并重阶段。随之而来是对仓房基础条件提升有了更高的要求,现有的部分仓储设施已不能满足新阶段高标准存储要求,需要做进一步提升改造,分析总结新疆粮食仓储设施存在问题并提出解决对策思路,供全区收储企业改造仓房参考。By the end of 2022,the standard warehouse capacity of Xinjiang's whole society was 13.92 million tons,and the local state-owned and state-controlled grain storage enterprises were 6.09 million tons.In recent years,the large-scale application of green grain storage technology has played a positive role in ensuring Xinjiang's food security.The consumption demand of grain,oil and food is changing from“eating well”to“eating well”and“eating healthily”,and food security has also risen from quantitative security to the stage of both quantitative and qualitative security.With this,there are higher requirements for the improvement of basic conditions of warehouses.Some existing storage facilities can no longer meet the high standard storage requirements of the new stage,and need to be further upgraded and transformed.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in Xinjiang's grain storage facilities and puts forward countermeasures for the reference of the transformation of warehouses by the grain storage enterprises in the region.
