摘　　要：政府储备粮油新扦样办法进行了多处补充和修改,如对圆仓分区扦样点数进行了修改,补充了包装粮油样品重量等信息。重点说明新扦样办法的变化和强调的内容,并结合多年工作的实践经验,对粮食扦样检查流程中的扦样准备、现场扦样各环节的要点和注意事项进行了总结,以期减少工作中出现的问题,确保扦样方法和程序符合规定、取得实效,切实保证政府储备粮油质量安全。The new sampling method of the government reserve grain and oil has been supplemented and modified in many places,such as modifying the number of sampling points in the silo zone and adding the information such as the weight of packaged grain and oil samples.This paper focuses on the change and emphasis of the new sampling method,and combined with years of practical experience,summarizes the main points and precautions of the sampling preparation and field sampling in the process of grain sampling inspection,in order to reduce the problems in the work,ensure that the sampling method and procedure meet the requirements,achieve effective results,and effectively ensure the quality and safety of government grain and oil reserves.
