摘 要:通过对典型铆接连接部位涂层防护试样开展模拟工况热带海洋大气暴露试验,研究施加疲劳载荷和未加载试样的热带海洋环境效应,对比分析铆接连接试样不同部位涂层耐腐蚀能力变化趋势,探索疲劳应力和环境因素对涂层各部位环境效应及腐蚀行为的影响。By carrying out the tropical marine atmospheric exposure test under simulated working conditions on the coating protection specimens of typical riveted connection parts,the effects of fatigue load and unloaded specimens on the tropical marine environment were studied,the change trend of coating corrosion resistance of different parts of riveted connection specimens was compared and analyzed,and the influence of fatigue stress and environmental factors on the environmental effects and corrosion behavior of each part of the coating was explored.
