摘 要:根据环境应力筛选(ESS)是防止出现早期失效,剔除早期缺陷,保证产品使用可靠性的重要途径,特别是抗恶劣环境电子产品,其可靠性要求极高,生产过程中有效地策划环境应力筛选就显得尤其重要。本文论述了环境应力筛选的目的和意义,分析了换版后的GJB 1032A-2020《电子产品环境应力筛选方法》在产品ESS应用上相对于旧版GJB 1032-1990带来的新变化,并结合某抗恶劣环境显示模组贴合工艺验证过程的环境应力筛选实例,阐述GJB 1032A如何更有效地剔除早期缺陷,提高产品可靠性。Environmental Stress Screening(ESS)is an essential approach to prevent early failures,eliminate early defects,and ensure the reliability of products,particularly in the case of military electronic devices that demand exceptionally high reliability.Efficient planning of ESS during the production process is of utmost importance.This paper discusses the objectives and significance of environmental stress screening,analyzes the new changes brought by the revised version of GJB 1032A-2020“Environmental stress screening process for electronic products”concerning the application of ESS in products compared to GJB 1032-1990.Furthermore,it combines an example of environmental stress screening in the validation process of a military display module bonding technique,elucidating how GJB 1032A can eliminate early defects and enhance product reliability more effectively.
