摘　　要：三门峡市某五层楼地基受水浸湿 ,桩基沉降 ,楼房倾斜而形成危房 ,采用截桩顶升纠偏使该楼恢复垂直。Owing to the pile foundation submerged by water the serious settlement and tilt from a five stories building in San Men Xia city occurrence,which makes the building become a dangerous building.By using the technique of cutting pile and jack up the building restored to perpendicular. The processes of design and construction are introduced.
